Job Description
SUMMARY
Administrative staff member performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintains calendars for individuals and/or meeting rooms. May coordinate meals for some meetings, create agendas, and take minutes as needed. Ensure meeting locations are prepped prior to and after meetings.
- Collects, assembles, and summarizes information as directed and may create documents from the data such as charts/tables, reports, or basic presentation slides.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- May complete a variety of basic HR and Finance related transactions. This could include data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Maintain Hourly Time in Workday.
- Schedule Overtime Daily and Setup Shifts.
- May assist with other administrative duties as assigned by leader(s).
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required.
- One year of related experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
