Job Description
SUMMARY
Provide systems and E-business support to Westlake Royal Building Products Roofing and Stone Solutions by entering and maintaining up-to-date information to support the E-Business and System Processes Team in our ERP system, myWestlakeRoyal, Westlake Home, Salesforce and any other ancillary environments. This position provides E-Business training to WRBP Roofing and Stone customers and employees as identified by management, keeping all relevant training materials up to date at all times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Verifies all myWestlakeRoyal self - registrations for online access are valid and approves as appropriate in a timely fashion, directly contacting the customer if issues arise with the registration.
- Ensures that all requests for partners for all sales regions are processed in a timely fashion, directly contacting the person submitting the request if issues arise
- Updates distribution lists in the ERP system or through Service Now Ticket Submittals as requests are made
- Executes all daily duties as outlined on the provided "E-Business Administrator Daily Checklist for Reports & Alerts" and others requested by the manager or supervisor
- Assists with preparation of all Systems and E-Business departmental monthly and ad hoc reporting, as required by manager
- Audits Sample Open Order Report for Roofing to make sure deliveries have been cut and for Stone that Reservation Windows have been assigned to ensure prompt processing
- Works with e-business team to explore and develop systematic process improvements in our ERP and myWestlakeRoyal systems as identified through interactions with customers and co-workers.
- Maintains SOPs and Demos for posting on roofing SOPs, Stone SOPs, and myWestlakeRoyal for Employees, Customers and Vendors as identified by manager
- Conducts Sales Onboarding and Refresher E-Business training sessions for Stone and Roofing Sales Personnel monthly as scheduled and also when new systems processes, policies and procedures are implemented
- Maintains updated information regarding Roofing Sales Rep Determination in our ERP system using account assignments, sales rep profiles and related tables
- Conducts E-Business training for large customers accounts that are requested by sales leadership and approved by the manager
- Remains available as the first point of contact to assist employees, customers and vendors nationwide with any questions or problems they encounter while accessing the E-Business functionalities on the myWestlakeRoyal business portals
- Acts as administrative support for the E-Business Manager and Supervisor, performing all other duties as requested.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years experience with E-Business or system support experience
- MS Office suite knowledge required
- SAP / JD Edwards / Salesforce software, a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization and project management skills
- Must be able to work independently and pay attention to detail
- Customer service, shipping, production planning background preferred.
- Training facilitation skills required
