HR Business Partner
Job Description
As HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will serve as a strategic partner to international business leaders, ensuring that the organization's human capital aligns with its business goals. You will focus on supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent management.
As HRBP you will work closely with leaders and managers to develop customized HR solutions, address employee relations issues, manage talent acquisition, and foster a positive work environment. Of course you will ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, while promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This position is located in Bangalore, India and requires on-site avaialability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact person for all managers and employees in case of HR related topics e.g. resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Manage integrity of HR data and process all changes in personnel information, salary, compensation etc. and end to end Payroll processing
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Coordination of local hiring practices and procedures in collaboration with Talent Acquistion EU/Asia, operational handling of the entire recruitment process for India.
- Observation of pertinent internal and external developments to improve policies and procedures incl. Collaboration with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that support the strategic growth of a business unit.
- Ensuring management and employee compliance with policies and procedures
- Support and monitoring of the performance evaluation and salary planning process
- Analysis and interpretation of various types of employee reports (e.g. compensation, employment levels, and turnover) to support decision making and provide proactive solutions to the appropriate stakeholder group.
- Act as thought leader on organizational and HR strategy and execution.
- Involvement in the ongoing development of HR programs such as recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.
- Preparation and execution of employee HR-related training sessions.
- Collaboration with the Learning and Development department to design value-added programs in the areas of training, development, career mobility and job performance.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree, specialized in Personnel and Organization with approximately 8-10 years of working experience in an industrial and international environment

- Indian Labour law, compensation & benefits
- Employee Provident Fund
- Tax Deducted at source and related Declaration process for employees.
- Medical Insurance process, Car loan process and negotiation to set up new or renew vendors
- recruitment and selection process
- Respectful communication skills, both oral and written in English language;
- Team-player with organization and planning skills as well as analytical, numerical skills and conflict management skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
